Gifts Galore
Edited. See below.
Well what can we say? Thank you so much for all the Lily love this last week. You know how to make a girl feel good. I have so much to say about this young lady and I'm sure I will one day. As a thank you for your kind words I'm offering up, as a swap, these vintage cups I picked up thrifting recently.
They are made of a Pyrex like material and are so vibrant.I do love them and would love to keep them,but...must de-clutter.
The deal is you send a parcel to Lily.Something to inspire her.Either handmade, thrifted or something to add to her crafting stash. Just leave a comment and we will pick a name out of a hat on friday.
Apparently I didn't make it clear.I am offering the cups up for swap and in return I'd like a parcel to be sent to Lily.Take a look at the last few posts to think of anything suitable. She would be over the moon with fabric, buttons, trims and the like.Obviously there is only one set of cups so to make it fair we will draw one name out of a hat on friday. If you want your name in the hat then tell me in your comment. That clearer?
We visited Manda yesterday and suprised her with a online bloggy baby shower. It was amazing but unfortunately I forgot my camera - der!! So we will have to wait for her post to see the goodies. All I can say is that she was spoilt!! So much love around here.

I was thinking of you yesterday. Hope you had a wonderful time.

I'm so excited to hear about the baby shower! I really hope my package arrived in time? If not, it will be fun for her to some more gifts later on.

Hi my name is Emily and i love your blog. I enjoy crafting and making softies, and have just turned 14 today, making me practically the Australian equivalent of Lily. I would love to join in the swap fun, or maybe lily and i could do a swap?
Thanks
Emily

Count me in. By the way I saw a picture of you on Hazel's blog today and I can not believe you are the mother of 4 children - one of whom is a teenager. You look amazing! Does crafting keep you young?

hello, wow, that was an amazing story lily wrote and i'm truly impressed that lily has an etsy shop already! im still too scared to put my handmade things on etsy in the presence of so many talented people! i'd love to send lily some handmade things and like her i get very excited by buttons, ribbons and trimmings so this would be part of a parcel too. keep crafting lily!!

Beautiful cups!! :) That's so sweet of you to do that swap for her too! I'm having to declutter right now too, so I cant join in on the swap myself, but I'll go through my items to see if I have anything to send her way anyway! :)
I also wanted to let you know that I'm hosting a recipe contest over on my blog - go check it out if you get a chance! :)

i'd like to be counted in for the swap - I made things whenI was Lily's age, and I would have loved to have received a parcel of stuff to make new things from. I bet the sender, whoever it will be will be surprised by what she makes from it, with her fresh eyes. You are a lucky mum x

Kristy,
Please count me in! And even if I don't win, maybe Lily would like to swap me something else for a certain bird painting (is she the one that you thought would want it..?) If not, I've got fabric and buttons galore. :) Also, I'm kind of afraid to ask but did the dolly ever show up...?
